Last updated: 4 January 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prodevel website and any software products we publish or provide (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Services are provided by Prodevel Limited (“Prodevel”, “we”, “us”).

2. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, a website notice or in-app notice).
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services. For example, you must not:
- Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorised to access.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Services (e.g., probing, scanning, scraping at scale).
- Upload or transmit malware or harmful code.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
4. Intellectual property
The Services (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to Prodevel and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content except as permitted by these Terms or with our written permission.
5. Links to other sites
The Services may link to third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
Subject to the paragraph above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodevel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Where permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or £100 if no fees were paid).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
10. Software Products: special terms and clauses
This section applies specifically to our software products published on app stores, marketplaces, or offered via the web (“Software Products”). Where a product has product-specific terms, those will apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict, the product-specific terms will prevail for that product.
10.1 Licence
Subject to these Terms and any product-specific terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software Product for your internal or personal use (as applicable). You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works except where permitted by law.
10.2 Accounts
Some Software Products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for suspected abuse, fraud, or security reasons.
10.3 Subscriptions and billing (Stripe)
- Where subscriptions are offered directly by us, payments are processed by Stripe.
- Subscription pricing, renewal periods, and any trial details will be shown at the point of purchase or within the Software Product.
- You can cancel renewal as described in the product UI or your account settings (where available). If you cancel, access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
10.4 Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the Software Product and purchase channel. If you purchased via an app store (e.g., Apple/Google), the store’s refund policy may apply. If you purchased directly from us, refunds (if any) will be handled according to the product-specific terms or the information provided at purchase.
10.5 Updates and changes
We may update Software Products to add features, improve security, or comply with legal requirements. Some updates may change or remove features. We may also discontinue a Software Product; where you have a paid subscription, we will take reasonable steps to handle discontinuation fairly.
10.6 Third-party platforms and terms
If you download or use a Software Product via a third-party platform (such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Store, or similar), your use may also be governed by that platform’s terms. In the event of conflict relating to platform functionality, the platform’s terms may prevail.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.
