Is this remote or in-person?
Remote by default, via video call. If you're based in the UK and prefer in-person, contact us to discuss, as there may be an additional fee for travel.
Who should attend on our side?
The founder or CEO is essential. Your CTO or lead developer if you have one. Any other technical or product stakeholder who has context is welcome for the afternoon presentation. The diagnostic morning works best as a tight group.
What do we need to prepare?
We send a structured pre-session form covering your tech stack, team, and context. Takes about 30–45 minutes to complete. Access to your repository or architecture docs is helpful but not always required.
What if we don't have a codebase yet?
Still useful. We can review your technical plans, vendor choices, proposed architecture, and hiring approach. Founders who engage before they build often avoid the most expensive mistakes.
Is £3,500 all-inclusive?
